Obituary of Marion Gleiser

<h1>Marion Gleiser</h1> 1922 - 2010 Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre, Kitchener. Predeceased by her husband Don, daughter Irene, parents Alex and Mary McGillivray, and siblings. Cherished mother of Dave and his wife Bernie, Laurie and Sue Gleiser. Loved grandmother of Jim, Jen (Derek), Selea, Keeley, and Kira. Great-grandmother of Isaiah and Willa. Marion will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends and she will be sadly missed by her furry four-legged grandkids. Marion was a charter and long time member of Parkminster United Church, and a long time employee of Canada Trust. She enjoyed time spent at the family cottage (Bay Breeze) in Lions Head. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Parkminster United Church, 275 Erb St. E., Waterloo, on Saturday, March 6 at 1 p.m. until the memorial service to celebrate Marion’s life, at 2 p.m. A reception will follow. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Luther Village and Forest Heights for their care of Marion.
