Passed away surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with cancer, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Monday, March 26, 2007 at the age of 74 years.
Son of the late: J.G. and Minota Hagey, Jack was born in Kitchener, January 30, 1933. Jack retired as a partner of Hagey, Clutterbuck and Foster Chartered Accountants. Jack will forever be remembered as a kind, loyal and honest gentleman.
Beloved husband to Barb of 46 years, loving father to Margie Hagey (George Voelk) and Laura (Ron) Hagey-Nichols, and cherished grandfather to Emma, Noah, and Madison. Jack was also predeceased by his brother Robert Hagey.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jack with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service to celebrate Jacks life will be held at First United Church, 16 William Street West, Waterloo, on Friday, March 30 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Richard W. Hawley officiating. Cremation will follow and a private interment will take place at a later date.
