Obituary of Allan McCullough

<h1>Allan McCullough</h1> 1924 – 2010 Peacefully on March 24, 2010 at St. Mary’s Hospital with his family at his side. Al was 85. Beloved husband of Helen (Werle) for 56 years. Wonderful father to Kathy Debus (Doug) &amp; Sandy Uebele. Grandfather to Andrew, Megan, Katelyn, Stephanie and Daniel Debus, and Erin and Brandon Uebele. Survived by his sister Helene Thompson and sister-in-law Gloria McCullough. Al was predeceased by his brother John, and brother-in-law Doug Thompson. Al retired from Bell Canada in 1983 and was a longtime member of the Telephone Pioneer Life Members Club. Al served in the RCAF in WWII, was an avid wood carver, and will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to share their memories of Allan at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. A private family service will follow.
