<h1>Robert (Bob) Hamblin</h1> 1927 - 2010 Passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at age 83. Bob retired as the CEO and President of Smiles’ N Chuckles Ltd. … “I love Turtles”. He was a member of Trinity United Church, Kitchener, the Westmount Golf and Country Club and the Senior Gyro Club. He was also a talented athlete and enjoyed numerous sports through the years. Beloved husband of Helen and the late June McKie (1989); loved father of Joanne Hamblin of Toronto, Judy Moser and friend, Sean Carney of Waterloo, and Bill and Nancy Hamblin of Kitchener. Bob will also be missed by Helen’s children, Janet Dietrich, Joan and Chris Turner, Lou and Linda Dietrich, and Pete and Stef Dietrich; loving Poppie of Robbie and Jessica Hamblin, Matt Hamblin and friend, Jessica Newman, Ben, Jessica and Luke Moser, and Kristen, Tatum, Sammy, Catie, and Joey Dietrich; dear sister of Helen Ledger and brother-in-law of Jack ledger. Friends are invited to share their memories of Bob with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Trinity United Church, 74 Frederick St., Kitchener on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jack Paleczny officiating. A reception will follow immediately, at the church. Interment in Parkview Cemetery.
