<h1>Henry Gross</h1> 1929 – 2010 Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday March 16, 2010 at KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 80 years. Cherished husband of Doreen. Beloved father of Rob (Susan), Laurie Hamacher (Roger), Gail Gross, (Tom Stankiewicz) and Lesley Bell (Chris). Loving grandfather of Ryan, Spencer, Shawn, Tyler, Jeremy, Gabrielle, Brooke and Delaney. Survived and sadly missed by his sister Laura Deppisch and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Dominik Gross and Helen Schwartz and his sister Anne Trnadel. Henry was a 40 year plus employee of Uniroyal Goodrich. In his retirement he enjoyed working with wood as well as in the garden. Henry served as a volunteer driver for the Cancer Society and in his church, St. Agnes R.C., serving St. Vincent de Paul as well as a member of the Holy Name Society. Honoring Henry’s personal wishes cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Agnes R.C. Church, 75 Bluevale St. North, Waterloo on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 11 am. Following the service everyone is invited back to the Erb and Good family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, for a time of reception and a chance to share stories and meet with the family.
