Obituary of Jan Hlavca

<h1>Jan Hlavca</h1> 1949 – 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of Jan Hlavca announce his passing on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Ana Hlavca for 40 years; devoted father of Diane Hlavca; and cherished grandfather of Jaret Hlavca. Also survived by his parents, Martin and Ana Hlavca; brother, Martin and his wife, Maria; sister Ana of Yugoslavia and by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Jan was predeceased by his son, John and by his son-in-law, Ian Nickling. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery to follow.
