Obituary of William Nixon

<h1>William "Bill" Nixon</h1> 1935 - 2009 Passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the age of 74. Born of the late Robert and Hilda Nixon. Survived by sisters Shirley (Louis) Biro of Paris, Patricia (Nicholas) Boyko of Kitchener, Linda (Rod) Donnelly of Kitchener, and brother Brian (Teresita) Nixon of Cambridge. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Bill was a master carpenter and a man with numerous artistic talents. He enjoyed his earlier working career in Banff, Alberta, British Columbia, Northern Ontario, and later for the Toronto Historical Board. The family would like to sincerely thank Bill’s good friend Kenneth Barfoot for all of his kind and devoted care given to Bill during the past few years. In respect of Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place.
