<h1>Marie Ditner</h1> 1929 – 2007 Passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the age of 77 years. Survived by her husband Urban Ditner; children Sheila Schell (Bernie), John Kirkpatrick (Jeannie), Heather Snider (David), Douglas Kirkpatrick, and Cheryl Bott (Alfred). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jeremy Snider (Sandy), Jennifer Snider, Phillip and Rebecca Kirkpatrick, Cameron and Katrina Kirkpatrick, and Christian and Sebastian Bott; her step-grandchild Lauren Schell; and her great-grandchildren Brandon and Eric Snider. Predeceased by her first husband James Kirkpatrick and her mother Arnette Schul. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at Pinehaven Nursing Home, especially Lucy and Debbie, and the staff in the Emergency Department at St. Mary’s Hospital. The memorial service to celebrate Marie’s life and faith will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 54 Queen St. N., Kitchener on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 10 a.m., the Rev. Mark Lewis officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral. Interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery.
