Passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital at the age of 64 years.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, Sally Heath and Andrew Reeder, Mary and Curtis McCone, John Heath and Carrie Cobden, Jack Heath and dear friend, Eleanor Waldie. Predeceased by her parents, Norman and Doreen Knight.
Nora was born in Stratford, Ontario in 1943 and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Psychology in 1964. After graduation, she worked for the Childrens Aid society before devoting herself full-time to raising her three children. Later in life, she managed a Tim Hortons in Waterloo, where she had many devoted fans and customers. In her spare time, Nora loved spending time with her dogs and her children, baking, and listening to Stuart McLean on CBC.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Nora with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 12-12:45 p.m., with a memorial service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Reception to follow the service. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at Cross Hill Cemetery at a later date.
