<h1>Ernest Maue</h1> 1935 – 2008 Passed away peacefully, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Monday, June 2, 2008, in his 73rd year. Ernie retired from B. F. Goodrich (King St.) after 40 years of service. He was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for many years. He enjoyed bowling on the church team. Beloved husband of Doreen for nearly 51 years; loving and devoted father of Terri and her husband Greg Marshall, and Liz and her husband John Ryder; cherished grandpa of Katie Ryder; dear brother of Doris Brenner (Ron), Gus (Audrey), Helen Sieloff (Horst), Gary (Pauline), Ruth Moshos (Ron), and Rosemarie Deprez (Julien); brother-in-law of Shirley Maue; and nephew of Hildegarde Moritsch. He will also be remembered by all of his nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Amalia (Hehn) and Gustav, and a brother, Carl. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ernie with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Ernie’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, June 6, 2008 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Mark Lewis officiating. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
