Born June 11, 1921 in Toronto, Emma died on June 18, 2009 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener.
Daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Scott (1978); wife of the late George Arnold Patterson (2001); mother of Darlene and Robin Tait of Toronto and Gayle and Grae Widmeyer of Kitchener; grandmother of Kristine Simon, Andrew Simon, Michael and Patricia Widmeyer, and Matthew and Pamela Widmeyer.
Cremation has taken place. A private family interment service at Highland Memory Gardens, Toronto will be held at a later date.
