<h1>Leonard Schnarr</h1> Beloved husband of Loretta (nee: Steffler), passed away into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 in his 86th year. Besides his loving wife, Len is survived by his 5 sons; Jim (Linda), Murray (Suzanne), Keith (Sharon), Bruce (Sue Langley) and Paul, loving grandchildren; Chad (Stacey), Renata, Nigel, Taryn, Amanda (Harold Macdougall), Todd (Crystal), Deanne (Ken Gray), Darryl, Rodney, Nancy, Trenton and Mikayla and their mother Lisa, cherished great-grandchildren Elaina, Sydney, Kasen, Ian, Jansen, Cameron, Austin, Faith, Tucker, Raine and Cole. Len is also survived by one brother Morris (Joan) and sisters-in-law Edna and Bernice. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Grace Schnarr, great-grandson Zach Schnarr and brothers and sisters-in-law; Howard, Albert, Arnie (Dorothy), Lorne (Rose) and Ralph. Len was born in Erbsville January 3, 1925, son of the late Edward and Alma (nee: Hergott) Schnarr. Len farmed with his wife on the home farm for 25 years. He also worked at CanBar and the University of Waterloo before he retired. He loved his garden and helping his children any way he could. He was a devoted member of St. Agatha RC church and was a member of the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club. Friends are invited to share their memories of Len with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 7-9 p.m, Friday, June 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers will be held Friday at 8:45p.m. Family Prayers will be held on Saturday, June 19 at 9:45 am at the funeral home with a procession to St. Agatha RC Church, 1839 Notre Dame Drive, St. Agatha where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am with the Rev. Charles Fedy C.R. as Celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Agatha RC Cemetery followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.
