Surrounded by her family, Vera passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the age of 86 years.
Vera is survived by her son Stephen Woodall and daughter Denise Woodall of Waterloo.
A private family service will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S. Waterloo. Cremation will follow.
