<h1>Laszlo Horvat</h1> 1938 – 2010 Passed away June 15, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at age 71, after a two-year battle with stomach cancer. Survived by his wife Elizabeth Zaremba; stepsons, Andrzej and Dariusz Lenarcik, daughters-in-law, Sandra and Karolina, loving grandfather to Ashley, Christopher, and Katilyn. Laszlo emigrated from Slovenia to Canada, where he worked in the construction industry, and finished his career with Schneider Foods. He was well known for his sense of humor, his tender nature, and his generosity. Many thanks to the wonderful, caring, compassionate staff at Grand River Hospital ER, and Cancer Centre. Friends are invited to share their memories of Laszlo with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday, June 18 from 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 66 Shanley St. Kitchener, on Saturday June 19 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Parkview Cemetery to follow.
