<h1>Monte Doughty</h1> 1951 - 2010 Passed away at KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the age of 59. Much loved by his siblings, Dan, Ethel, Brett, Fred, Sid, Pat, Kirk, Heather and Jen; their spouses; and his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by Veronica, a friend of many years who loved him dearly. Predeceased by his parents Fred Sr. and Roselyn Doughty. Monte was a gentle loving soul whose handicap was not a barrier to the many people who loved him dearly and will miss him greatly. Friends are invited to share their memories of Monte with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, June 3, from 1 – 2:30 p.m. followed by a service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m.. Cremation to follow. A private interment at Parkview Cemetery will take place. Monte’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to the caring support staff of KW Habilitation Services.
