Obituary of Henry Pankratz

<h1>Henry Pankratz</h1> 1933 – 2009 Passed away suddenly on Monday, June 1, 2009, at his summer retreat in Honey Harbour, in his 76th year. Henry was the beloved husband of Mary (nee Dyck) for 50 years. Cherished father of Janet (Donald) Vaughan, Anita Bruder, and David (Alanna) Pankratz. Beloved grandfather of Rachel (Al), Jessica (Scott), Craig, Paul, and Erik. Also remembered by brother Abram Pankratz and sister Hilda Rempel. Predeceased by his parents Heinrich and Anganeta Pankratz; two twin siblings at birth and a sister, Agnes in childhood. Henry retired from Overland Heating, four years ago, after many years of service. Friends are invited to share their memories of Henry with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday, June 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at W-K United Mennonite Church, 15 George Street Waterloo, on Friday, June 5, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Nancy Brubaker officiating. Reception to follow at the church.
