<h1>Louise Worsnop</h1> 1929 – 2009 Passed serenely into the arms of God on Thursday, July 9, 2009, surrounded by her loving family at St. Mary’s General Hospital. Louise, 80, was Glen’s devoted wife for 61 years, and cherished mother of Rick (Jan), Ken (Deb) and Rob (Carole); loving grandmother of Christina, Zoe, Karlie, Kaylan, Katelyn, David, Christopher, Keegan and Brayden; and great-grandmother of Elizabeth and Kendra. Louise is predeceased by her parents, Alfred Thornton Bate, and Margaret Louise Bate (nee Wolfe), and by her brother David and sister Alice. She is survived by her endeared sisters, Lois and Doris. All are welcome to celebrate Louise’s life and faith at a memorial service, to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday July 17, 2009, at St. Columba Anglican Church, 250 Lincoln Rd., Waterloo. Rev. Dana Rodgers will preside and a reception will follow. To honour Louise’s devotion to nature and education, the funeral home will make a donation to the Trees for Learning Program.
