Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener.
Cherished husband of Judy. Dear father of Sylvain, Mark, Lillian, Mabel, Suzanne, Jean-Guy, Rachel, Carry-Ann, and Danny, step-father of Monica and Karen Yantz. Beloved grandfather of Hailey and Joshua and Brayden and Dominic. Brother of Michel, Real and Lillian. Jean Guy will be sadly missed by his extended family.
Predeceased by parents, Romeo and Fabiola (nee Imbeault).
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jean Guy with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation will follow. The memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. Private family interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
