<h1>Lawrence (Larry) Comeau</h1> 1934 – 2008 Passed away on Friday, July 25, 2008 at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre in Kitchener at the age of 73 years surrounded by his family. Loving father of Larry (Deb), Daniel, Christopher and Kimberly Dallimore (Simon); cherished grandfather of Jamie, Alaina and Shawn, Katrina, Amanda and Alyssa, and Rebecca, Jacqueline and Chantal; dear brother of Warren (May) of New Brunswick and Bill (Sheila) of Nova Scotia. Also survived by his first wife and dear friend, Grace and caring friend, Jean Dow. Lovingly remembered by his niece, Diane Stoeser, sister-in-law, Sheila Comeau as well as many more nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Amelia (nee Hughes) and siblings, Hilton, Rita, Vivian, Art, Marjorie and Earl. Larry, a retired floor covering installer, will be remembered for his love of the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and snowmobiling. Larry served with the 1st New Brunswick Regiment (Carlton &amp; York) as Bandsman Piper Group II. His musical talents as a piper and guitar player entertained both family and friends. He was an avid fan of the Kitchener Rangers and the Toronto Blue Jays. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren around the pool and supporting their various endeavours. He was a long term member and former president of the Shifter’s Car Club. Friends and family will cherish his wood working creations. Friends are invited to share their memories of Larry with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Larry’s life will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. In living memory of Larry a donation will be made to the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
