<h1>Betty Gole</h1> BETTY GOLE (nee Johnson) 1935 – 2009 Passed away following a lengthy illness, with family at her side, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Thursday, July 23, 2009 in her 75th year. Survived by her husband of 54 years, Lyle; her daughters, Rose-Marie Warren and husband Gary, Joanne Schriver and husband Larry, and Carolann Gelata and husband Allan; five grandsons; one granddaughter; six great-granddaughters; and one great-grandson. Dear sister of Pat Gelata and husband John, Kenneth Johnson and wife Lois, and Leonard Johnson and wife Gail. Remembered by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Reginald and Lorna (Bell) Johnson; sister, Mary Worsfold; and an infant sister. Before retirement, Betty had been employed with Electro Porcelain in Waterloo for 22 years. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories of Betty during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 1-2 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m., Saturday. A reception will follow the service in the funeral home’s Historic Kuntz House. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, or the Lung Association of Waterloo Region would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
