<h1>Ellen Hagey</h1> "BETTE" 1922 – 2009 Passed away peacefully, at Lanark Heights Long-Term Care Centre in Kitchener on Thursday evening, July 23, 2009, in her 87th year. Bette is remembered by Kate Pfeffer and the Livingston and Hagey families. She will be lovingly missed by Ann Dubé, Alan Whitmore and Denise Soulodre. A special thank you for the years of love and support from the close friends and staff at Lanark Heights and Trinity United Church. Before retirement, Bette had a successful career with Mutual Life for nearly 40 years. She was a lifetime member of Trinity United Church in Kitchener, where she was an avid quilter, choir member, and supporter of many projects over the years. Bette was a world traveller and enthusiastic bird watcher. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and will continue at Trinity United Church, 74 Frederick St., Kitchener on Monday, July 27 from 10 to 11 a.m. The funeral service will follow at Trinity United Church at 11 a.m., Monday with Rev. Jack Paleczny officiating. A reception will follow the service at the church.
