Obituary of Elizabeth Wagner

<h1>Elizabeth "Betty" Wagner</h1> 1921 - 2010 Passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital Kitchener on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of Herbert Wagner of 65 years. Betty is lovingly remembered by her sons and daughters in law, Ross and Dianne Wagner of Waterloo and Richard and Linda Wagner of Brantford, her beloved grandchildren Dana (Bob Chorney), Steven (Nicole), Jeff (Jody), Robert, Melissa (Chris Muratis), Joshua and her great-grandchildren Jessica, Benjamin and Charlie. She is also survived by her brother Robert (Judy) Baetz, sister Helen Wojick and sister in law Connie Baetz. Betty was predeceasd by her parents Otto and Violet Baetz, her son Paul Wagner (1984), siblings William Baetz, Margaret Hughes, Jean Korman, Harry Baetz and Bernard Baetz. Betty’s memory will be cherished by her family for her love of cooking and baking, her Saturday lunches, and work as a seamstress making infant clothing for all her grandchildren. She enjoyed volunteering with her husband at the Adult Recreation Centre of Waterloo. Friends are invited to share their memories of Betty with her family during visitation at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John Street West, Waterloo on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Robert Krestick officiating. Reception will follow the service at the church. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau.
