<h1>Rudolf Jensen</h1> August 6, 1919 – July 10, 2009 Passed away at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre in Waterloo on Friday, July 10, 2009 in his 90th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Kristine (Stinne) on August 21, 1999. Loving father of six children, Gert (Bob) and wife Joan, Connie and husband Bernard Tutton, Gurli and husband Richard Bolender, Bente and husband Murray Foster, Lilian and husband John Wolfe, John and wife Donalee. Bestefar to 13 grandchildren, Christine, David, Tim, Lisa, Cathy, Karen, Annette, Tammy, Stephanie, Derek, Melanie, Kyle and Stacey. Oldefar to 16 great-grandchildren, Jake, Samantha, Sarah, Emily, Katelyn, Jamie, Riley, Owen, Tamara, Alexandra, Grace, Ava, Makenna, Nolan, Brooklyn, and Jenelle. Survived by two sisters and two brothers all in Denmark. Predeceased by his parents, Theodor and Mette Anine Jensen, two sisters, and one brother all in Denmark. Also predeceased by one great-granddaughter, Jessica (1990). At the family’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service from 1 to 2 p.m., Wednesday. A reception will immediately follow the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or the St. Mary’s General Hospital Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
