<h1>Isabel Dotzenroth</h1> Nee Totzke 1920 – 2007 Passed away peacefully, at Sunnyside Home in Kitchener, on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in her 88th year. Loving wife of Norman Dotzenroth for 64 years. Devoted mother of Anne Waterman and her husband Nairn of Toronto, Jane Sullivan and her husband Roy of Kitchener, and Karen Dotzenroth-Rickert and her husband Bill Rickert of Waterloo. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie Waterman, Rebecca Sullivan and her husband Jim Bolle, Andrew Sullivan and his wife Amy, and Jessica Sullivan; great-grandmother of Lincoln Bolle. Also survived by her brother Carl Totzke and his wife Joan; sister-in-law, Dorothy Dotzenroth; and brother-in-law, Willard Grein. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Norman and Annie Totzke, and her sister Myrtle Schulte. Isabel was born in Kitchener on February 7, 1920 and throughout her life played an active role in the community. She was the former president of the Home and School at J.F. Carmichael Public School, the K-W Garden Club and the Y.W.C.A. Isabel also served as a member of the K-W Council of Churches, was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of Waterloo Lutheran Seminary, and was a chartered member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church, where she was president of the women’s group and the first woman to be a member of the church council. Friends are invited to share their memories of Isabel with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, July 12, 2007 (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Isabel’s life and faith will be held at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 248 Highland Rd. E., Kitchener on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 11 a.m., the Rev. Bill Shafer officiating. Reception will follow the service in the Fellowship Hall. Following the reception, interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Kitchener.
