Florence Davidson died on January 9, 2010 at the age of 96 years. She was a resident of Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre and formerly Crestwood Avenue in Kitchener.
She is lovingly remembered by her son Larry and his wife Margaret Thompson of Kitchener and Tobermory, her granddaughter Sheila Kielbasa of Kitchener and her sister, Elsie Wilkins, a resident of Summit Place in Owen Sound. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Everett (1991), her daughter Joan (1993) and her brother Arthur Knight of St. Marys.
Florence overcame several challenges in her 96 years the death of her father when she was 10, her daughter's development of juvenile diabetes at age three and the lengthy ill health of her husband. She always remained dedicated to her family and devoted her life to their welfare.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service has been held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo.
