Obituary of Peter Ashton

<h1>Peter Ashton</h1> 1921 – 2010 After a long illness passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 88 with his wife Margaret at his side. Survived by his daughter Gweneth (Dennis) Ahrens and son John, grandchildren; Sarah (Jason), Paul, Sheila and Bradly (Brandi-Lee) and Nichole, and great-grandchildren; Anthony and Kylie. Predeceased by his sister Joan Dearden. Honoring Peter’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A legion service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 530, 19 Regina St. N., Waterloo on date at time followed by refreshments and a time to visit with the family.
