<h1>June Locher</h1> 1927-2007 Devoted wife of the late Walter Locher, passed away, peacefully at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home Cambridge, on January 5, 2007 at the age of 79 years. Loving mother of Doris Pauline and her husband Alfred J. (Fred) LeBlanc. Beloved grandmother of Pauline (Norm) Petri, Chad LeBlanc and Craig LeBlanc. Cherished great-grandmother of Jessica, Christian and Hayden. Survived by her sister Mrs. Rosie Dumbell and her brothers Bob, Edd and Peter Turnell all of the U.K. also surviving are several nieces and nephews and her godchild Julie. Predeceased by her husband on January 12, 2001. June and Wally are now united in eternal rest. Also predeceased by her parents Ernest and Doris Turnell and younger brother John Turnell. A private family service to celebrate June’s life was held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home Chapel, Waterloo with Pastor Joanne Peppler of St. John’s Lutheran Church officiating. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the nurses at Hilltop Manor, Cambridge, for their tender loving care over the past 5 years.
