Jackie Widmeyer, of Bowmanville, passed away suddenly on Friday, January 25, 2008.
Beloved wife of Richard Widmeyer for 32 years. Loving mother of Melissa Skinner (Craig) of Seaforth, Kyle Widmeyer (friend Meaghan) of Bowmanville. Thought of as a mom by Jonathon Black of Bowmanville. Dear sister of Harriet Denstedt, Lucille (Larry) Dahmer, Elayne (Bill) Futher, Carole (Doug) Woolway, Murray (Bev) Lorentz, Sharyn (Tom) Hall, and George (Lynda) Lorentz. Daughter-in-law of Marie Widmeyer. Sister-in-law of Don (Bernie) Widmeyer, Madeliene (Terry Pitcher) Widmeyer, Tim (Pat Westerhout) Widmeyer, Rob (Sue) Widmeyer, and Mike Widmeyer. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Edward and Agnes (Dietrich) Lorentz, brother-in-law Gerald Denstedt, father-in-law David Widmeyer and sister-in-law Mary Widmeyer.
Jackie will be remembered for her bubbly laughter, and the anchor she provided her family.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo, on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with parish prayers at 7:30 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Clement RC Church, St. Clements on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 11 am with Rev. Ron Voisin as celebrant. Interment at Saint Clements RC Cemetery.
