<h1>Lavina Mueller</h1> (nee Lantz) January 27, 1909 – January 21, 2009 Lavina passed away at Heritage House in St. Jacobs, her home for the past 3 1/2 years. She lived one week short of 100 years. Your Mansion in Heaven is ready, Nana. Deeply loved and respected by step-daughter, Grace McDonald and her husband Grant. Great Nana to Craig McDonald and his wife Debbie and Cindy Foell and her husband Bruce. Great-grand Nana to Blair and Brandon McDonald, Heather and Janet Foell. Dear aunt to Helen Sutherland and her husband Bob. Predeceased by her husband, Arthur Mueller, her parents, Jacob and Catherine (Dietz) Lantz, brothers, Otto Lantz (wife Pearl), George Lantz (wife Viola), and sister LizetteYoungblut (husband Bob). Lavina’s family will receive friends at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday, January 25 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 22 Willow St., Waterloo on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 11 am with Rev. Paul Hartig officiating. A reception will immediately follow the service in the church fellowship hall. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heritage House, St. Jacobs or St. John’s Lutheran Church would be greatly appreciated. Lavina’s family wish to acknowledge Heritage House, with deep gratitude, for all the many people, administrators, nurses, caregivers, and support people who make this place so warm, loving, and Christ-like.
