<h1>Ruth Penny</h1> 1922 – 2010 Went to be with her Lord and Saviour on January 20, 2010 at Heritage House in St. Jacobs at the age of 87. Loving mother of Dr. Andrew Penny of Edmonton; cherished grandmother of Holly Ann Penny and Tristan Andrew Penny and his wife Pricilla; lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her beloved husband Lisle in 2004; brother, Albert McLean and sisters, Margaret McLean and Anne McCullagh. Ruth was the first President of the Gideons’ Ladies Auxiliary in K-W. In her early years she worked for Erb &amp; Erb Insurance. She was also affiliated with Bethel Chapel in Waterloo. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, January 25 from 7-9 p.m. The memorial service to commemorate Ruth’s life and faith will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. Private family interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
