<h1>Margaret Wismer</h1> 1921 – 2009 Passed away peacefully, at the KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Sunday, January 18, 2009, at the age of 87 years. Loving mother of Shirley Hoefler, Alfred Roy Kimpel (Fran), Melvin Wismer (Carol), Rita Loeb (Uwe), Evelyn Kay, Mary Jane Gerry (Tom), William Wismer (Mary Ann), and Vera Glendenning (Greg). Cherished grandmother of Mark, Nevin, Michelle, Tanya, Patty, Cindy, Julie, Jenny, Jennifer, Shannon, Melissa, Nicole, Kayla, Lisa Dawn, Michael, Rachel and Alexander John as well as her 19 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Lorna Boshart of Owen Sound, Verna Wolfle (Larry), Ann Miller (Gerald) of New Dundee and Jean Bissett of Kitchener and her brother Earl Finlay of Gravenhurst. Predeceased by her husband Alvin H. Wismer; parents William Howard and Maria Finlay (nee Grainger); sisters, Marjorie Agnew, Viola Seabach, Barbara Gurton; brothers Howard Finlay, Jack Finlay, Murray Finlay and Clarence Finlay; her son Alvin Wismer; and Sons-in-law Gary Hoefler and Robert Tweddel. Margaret was the owner, operator of Riverside Maples of St. Jacobs for many years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Margaret with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Tuesday January 20, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A private funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will take at Parkview Cemetery at a later date.
