<h1>Clarence Anstett</h1> 1931 – 2009 Passed away with family by his side at the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Saturday, January 17, 2009 in his 78th year. Clarence was born on May 27, 1931. He worked at the K-W Record for 44 years. He was a honourary member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Waterloo Knights of Columbus Seniors Club. He was a member of St. Louis RC Church and an active member of St. Vincent de Paul Society for 13 years. Left to mourn is his wife Jackie (nee Schmidt); daughter Donna (Peter) Massel of Markham and son Tom (Ann) of Waterloo; six grandsons, Scott, Jamie and Matthew Massel of Markham and Daniel, Jacob and Simon Anstett of Waterloo as well as his sister, Sister Bernice Anstett S.O.S. of Wyoming, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Lawrence Anstett and Josephine (nee Lang); brothers Allen, Rueben, Elroy and Maurice and sisters, Theresa Stumpf, Catharine Baur, Mary Brown and Vera Anstett. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with Parish Prayers Tuesday at 3 p.m and Knights of Columbus Service Tuesday at 8 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Louis RC Church, 53 Allen St. E., Waterloo, on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Donations in memory of Clarence may be made to St. Louis Church- St. Vincent de Paul Society or Sunnyside Home-Alzheimer Day Away Program and can be arranged through the funeral home, www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
