Maria passed away, peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at her home on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at the age of 83.
Loving wife of Ernesto Dos Santos for nearly 65 years. Dear mother of Lucinda Voisin, grandmother of Michelle, Mark and Matthew, and great-grandmother of Rachel and Alex. Maria is survived by her sisters, Maria Emilia Mouco and husband Silvino of Kitchener, Maria Alexandrina Bento and husband Joao and brothers, Henrique Rodrigues and Clidio Rodrigues and wife Irene, all of Portugal.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Keleher and CarePartners nurses Laura and Elizabeth for their special care.
The family will receive friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, January 15, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
