Obituary of Helen Zinger

<h1>Helen Zinger</h1> Passed away peacefully, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, January 1, 2009, at the age of 87 years. Helen is the last surviving member of her family of ten children. She will be lovingly remembered by her three sons, Ron Zinger, RR2 Elmira, Wayne and Nancy Zinger of Waterloo and Reg Zinger of Kitchener; and her beloved grandchildren, Matthew (Michele), Rebecca, Carolyn, Melanie (Travis), Jessica, Jennifer, and Jorden. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, Betty Ann and Tom Boutilier, Mildred and Bill Frank, and Sister Beatrice Zinger SSND. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Leonard in 1990 and her son, Lavern in 1977. Friends are invited to share their memories of Helen with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Sunday, January 4, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 173 Lourdes Street, Waterloo on Monday, January 5 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Edward Sheridan as Celebrant. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Waterloo Region would be greatly appreciated by the family.
