Obituary of John Shantz

<h1>John Shantz</h1> 1924 – 2010 Of Scarborough, passed away after a brief illness, at Scarborough Centenary Hospital, on Friday, February 5, 2010, at the age of 85. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Janine, in 2006; sister, Betty Shantz; brother, Donald Shantz; and sister, Ruth Shantz. John is lovingly remembered by his sister, Marguerite Toman and her husband Cameron and nieces and nephews, Donna, Keith, Bruce, Carol and their families. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of John’s life will be held in the chapel of the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 3 p.m. A reception will follow in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room.
