<h1>Douglas Dahmer</h1> 1927 – 2007 Doug passed away, suddenly, at Forest Heights Long-Term Care Centre, Kitchener on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, in his 80th year. Survived by his sister Carol Hohner of Kitchener and brothers Bill and wife Elsie of Arizona, Glenn and wife Betty of Fraserville, ON, and Larry and wife Carol of Innisfail, Alberta. Also survived by his nieces and nephews Allan and wife Lynn of Kitchener, Gini Cookman of Nova Scotia, and Neil Hohner of Kitchener. Remembered by several great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his parents Mary (nee Spaeth) and Oliver Dahmer and one brother Raymond. Doug retired from Lang Tanning of Kitchener and was a Cub leader with 17th Kitchener Scout group. Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 11 am. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens, Breslau at a later date.
