<h1>Murray Shafer</h1> 1917 – 2007 Murray passed away, peacefully, at Forest Heights Long - Term Care Centre, on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Ruth for 55 years. Dear father of George and Jean of Ottawa and Cathy and husband Wayne Cybulski of Conestogo. Grandfather of four grandchildren, Sarah and Daniel Shafer and Laura and Kelly Cybulski. Predeceased by his sister Lorna Shafer. Murray served overseas during the Second World War and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 50 Kitchener. He was a longtime employee of Bell Canada and had a love for traveling. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held.
