Passed away peacefully to be with his Lord at the age of 88, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener on Wednesday, February 24, 2009.
Cherished husband of Berniece for 64 years. Beloved father of Lynda Sklar of Kitchener, Willam (Vicki) of Whistler, BC., James (Marian) of Cranbrook B.C., and Luanne (Terry) Gower of Camlachie. Dear grandfather of Jason (Caroline) Sklar, Joshua (Anna) Sklar, Jeremy (Erin) Gower, Sara (Luke) Gower, Jennifer Eunson, Rory Eunson, Jill Eunson and Casey Eunson. Great-grandfather of Josiah, Jacob, Elijah, Adele and Kieran. Bill will be sadly missed by his sister Annie Eby. Predeceased by sisters, Winnie Dunn of California and Bessie Willis of Kitchener.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Bill with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Faith Evangelical Missionary Church, 3849 King St. E., Kitchener, on Monday, March 2 at 11 am. Following the service, friends are invited to join the family for a reception. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
