<h1>Frank Hartner</h1> 1923-2008 Passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Sunday, February 24, 2008. Frank left Austria for Montreal in 1953, and finally moved to this area in 1975 with his wife and son. Frank will be fondly remembered by everyone who knew him. He will be missed by his wife of 59 years, Modesta; his son, Gerd (Corinna); his sister, Waltraud (Gerhard) and brothers, Christian and Ernest, in Austria; his sister-in-law, Rosa; his brother-in-law Johann, in Germany; his sister-in-law, Gertrude and niece, Karin, in British Columbia; his nephew, Gerhard Jr. and nieces, Gerlinde and Waltraud, in Austria; and his step-grandchildren Ken and Karen. A memorial service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held in the chapel of the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 12 Noon, followed by a reception in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
