<h1>Elizabeth Nissen</h1> 1906 - 2007 Passed away, peacefully at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre on February 20, 2007 at the age of 100 years. Elizabeth was born in Schonsee, Russia and arrived in Canada at the ge of 17. Predeceased by her husband Peter Bernhard Nissen (1958) and her daughter Agatha Cebula (2003). Beloved mother of Henry (Shirley) and Peter (Sheila Schoenfeld). Cherished grandmother of David (Joanne), Peter, Michael (Laurie), Shelley (Pat Boehm), Bill Schickler, Darren Schickler(Nicole) and Gwen Keller (Victor). Proud great-grandmother of 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her son-in-law George Cebula. Friends are invited to share their memories of Elizabeth with her family at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home 171 King Street South in Waterloo on Thursday, February 22, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service to celebrate Elizabeth’s life will be held at Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 11 am with Rev. Robert Snell officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens, Breslau. Following the committal service, friends are invited to join the family in the Funeral Home's Fireside Reception Room for refreshments and a time to visit.
