Went home to be with her Lord on Monday, February 19, 2007 at her residence at Nithview Home in New Hamburg at the age of 90.
Greatly loved, she will be missed by her husband Alexander Kurtz, her children Irma (Adolf) Neumann and Selma (Reinhold) Buchholz, four grandchildren, Karen, Ronald, Carolyn and David, one brother, Robert (Sophie) Hoffmann, sister-in-law Theresia Hoffmann as well as many nieces and nephews.
Adela was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Hulda Hoffmann, one brother and three sisters.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff on the second floor and Pastors Nancy Mann and Amsey Martin at Nithview Home.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, February 22, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place at Immanuel Pentecostal Church, 100 Hoffman St., Kitchener on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 1 p.m., the Rev. Richard Burton officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
