Ralph passed away, peacefully, at Trinity Village Care Centre, Kitchener, on Monday, February 15, 2010 at the age of 100.
Predeceased by his beloved wife, Mabel (nee Doerr) in 1984; sister, Violet and husband Sam Rohr; and brother, Walter in infancy.
Ralph is survived by his nieces, Janet (Fred) McCourt of Waterloo and Lucille (Murray) Gold of Fergus. Remembered by great-nieces, Laurie, Michelle and Jennifer; great-nephew, Stephen; and close friends, Ken and Mary and Chris, Irene and Steve.
Ralph was a longtime member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Kitchener and retired from Ellis and Howard after 25 years of service.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, February 18 from 2-4 p.m. only. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 54 Benton Street, Kitchener on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior from 1 to 2 p.m. A reception will immediately follow at the church. Private interment at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
