<h1>Edward (Ted) Bodman</h1> 1914 - 2009 Passed away, peacefully on Saturday February 14, 2009, at the age of 94 years. Dear husband of Margaret Eleanor (Peggy) Bodman. Predeceased by his brother Hugh R. Bodman. Survived by sister-in-law Gertrude Bodman; nephew Mel Bodman and his wife Roxanne and niece Joanne Whidden and her husband Warren and their families. Ted served in WWII from 1942 – 1945 with the British Security Co-Ordination, Radio Intelligence Division. He was the founder of Waterloo Electronics Supply Co. Inc.; Member of Lake Shore Masonic Lodge No. 645 in Etobicoke; PM of Temple Lodge No. 690 Waterloo; 33rd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, Guelph Valley; Royal Order of Scotland, Kitchener Chapter No. 117 R.A.M., and Red Cross Constantine No. 12 Mocha Shrine Temple, London. Ted was also a member of St. Columba Anglican Church, Waterloo and an active HAM radio operator since 1933. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ted with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday February 19, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday February 20 from 10 – 10:45 followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Dana Rodgers officiating. Following the service everyone is invited to join the family in the Fireside Reception Room of the Funeral Home for refreshments and a time to visit. Cremation and interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Etobicoke at a later date.
