Passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the age of 73 years.
Predeceased by her loving husband Michael Norbert in 2004. Beloved mother of Terry (Delores) Kent, Paul (Joan) Kent, Kathy (Bill) Wilkins, Karen (Dave) Curran, Norbert Jr. Norbie and Kevin. Loving grandmother of Joanne, Stephanie and Michael, Samantha, Heidi and Kelsey, Michael and Meghan. Great-grandmother of Haley. Lovingly remembered by her sisters, Jean, Gertrude, Kathleen, Margaret, Cecilia and Joan and by brothers, Bernard, John and Edward.
Predeceased by her son, Michael; daughter, Joanne; her parents, Kathleen and Bernard Downey; brothers, Kevin and Brian; sisters, Patricia and Dorothy; as well as her parents-in-law, Terrance and Elizabeth Kent.
Mary lived a life of immeasurable love, devoted to her family, an inspiration to all who knew her.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where Parish Prayers will take place at 8:45 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at St. Agatha RC Church, 1839 Notre Dame Dr., St. Agatha on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 10 a.m., the Rev. Charles Fedy as celebrant. Reception to follow the funeral mass.
