After a courageous battle fought with dignity, Mary passed away at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener.
Devoted mother of Kim and her husband John Mirco. Grandmother of Sheldon, Shannon and her husband John James. Great-grandmother of Jordan and Jaydan. Sister of Patsy Antal, Andy Rehner and wife Brenda. Loving aunt to several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents Andy and Velma Rehner, sister Andrea Tyndall and brother-in-law Frank Antal.
Mary was a generous and caring friend to many people; not to mention to all of her animal friends too.
She worked for several years in Brantford at Screen Print Advertising and Etatech Industries, and at Flanagan Foods and Sketchly Cleaners in Kitchener.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on
Sunday, December 27, 2009, from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, December 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. Following the service, friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a reception.
Cremation will follow.
