1935 - 2007
Of Kitchener, passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday,
December 18, 2007, in his 73rd year.
Born in Trenton, Ontario. Brother of Joe in Trenton and Clifford in British
Columbia.
Ernie came to Kitchener in the 1970's with the Harold Dietrich family and
became a member of the House of Friendship family, having been part of
several programs and having lived at Eby Village for seventeen years where
he became a friend of many residents and staff. He lived for two years at
Cambridge Country Manor where he leaves friends among residents and staff.
A memorial service will be held at Eby Village, 50 Eby Street South, Kitchener, at 2
p.m. on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008.
