Was taken to her eternal home on Thursday, December 17, 2009 after a six year battle with Alzheimers disease at the Westmount Nursing Home.
Loving wife of Albert Goebel and his children Keith, Jill (Robert Young), Dane (Linda), and Faye. She was predeceased by husbands, Nelson Leudtke and Ed Fetter.
Survived by brothers, Melvin (Mary), Bill (Blanche), Harold all of Waterloo, Jerome (Shirley) and Claude of Kitchener, Calvin (Ilene) of Baden and sisters Gloria Wyszysnki of New Hamburg, Helen Kreutzer (Martin) of Kitchener and by sisters-in-law Thelma Moser and Florence Moser.
Predeceased by brothers Clarence (Evelyn) Moser, Howard (Melinda), Elmer and Gilbert; sisters, Kay Steffler (Lloyd), Lucy Stockie; brothers-in-law Joe Wyszysnki, John Stockie, sisters-in-law Florence Moser and Dorothy Moser. Also parents Robert Moser Ida (Dorscht) Moser.
Lorraines family will receive friends and family at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S., Waterloo on Sunday, December 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Father Wayne Lobsinger officiating. Reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion in Waterloo, Branch 530.
Albert wishes to thank his niece Patti Leis and husband Bill for all their help the last few years and also the staff at the Westmount, they were great.
