<h1>Marjorie "Peggy" Power</h1> June 13, 1922 – August 6, 2010 Peggy passed away, peacefully, surrounded by family, at Leisureworld Caregiving Centre in Elmira, at the age of 88. Survived by her husband of 28 years, Robert William Power; her children, Rosemary (Peter) Cadiou of Cambridge, Charles (Ruth) Ellis of Waterloo, and Sharon (Norman) Raycraft of Innisfil; six grandchildren, Robyn Cadiou of Cambridge, Brian (Cori) Ellis of Omaha, NB, Brad (Erin) Ellis of Anola, MB, Sarah (Jon) Bastien of Hamilton, Kristi Gayowski of Waterloo, and Ian Bolton of England; and five great-grandchildren. Peggy is also remembered by Bob’s daughters, Hilary (Bob) Hughes of Innisfil and Maureen (Bruce) Soehner of Hanover; Bob’s grandchildren, Kari, Barry, Kelly, Cory, Sarah, George, Joe, Elisa, Stephanie, Connie, Niki, and Bob’s 18 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, George and Hilda Bolton; son, Christopher Bolton; sister, Mary Cooper, all of England; and Bob’s daughter, Vicki Forler. Peggy was cafeteria supervisor for the Food Services Program at the former Laurel Vocational School in Waterloo. She was a superb cook and avid knitter. Before returning to this area and settling at Leisureworld, Peggy and Bob lived in Paisley for 22 years. Relatives and friend are invited to share memories of Peggy during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, August 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, August 10 from 2 – 2:45 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. A reception will immediately follow the service in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room.
