We have lost the most amazing woman, our Mother "June", who was surrounded by the love of her family on Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
Loving wife of the late Barney Strassburger.
Dear mother of Tammy Foreman (Vince), June Strassburger, Barney Strassburger (Christine), Tim Strassburger (Fran). Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Chad, Trevor, Michelle (Jeff), Corey, Nikki, Stacey (Dale), Wes (Kelley), Dan, Dean (Jaime) and Melissa (Andy); great grandchildren Rachel, Cole, Ethan, Liam, Brinley, Ava, Brennen and Aaron. Also survived by a brother Norman MacKay (Jean).
Predeceased by her parents Rubina and Norman MacKay, 3 sisters and 9 brothers.
Friends and relatives are invited to share their memories of June during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo Thursday, August 5, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
The funeral service to celebrate her life will take place on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11 a.m. from St. Peters Lutheran Church 49 Queen St. N., Kitchener with Rev. Dale Finch officiating. Following the service a reception will be held in the church hall. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
