Obituary of Gordon Craig

<h1>Gordon Craig</h1> 1932 – 2009 Passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the age of 77. Gordon will be forever remembered by his beloved wife Barbara; his children, Eugene (Theresa) Craig of Southampton, John Craig and Karen Toth both of Kitchener and Rosalinde (Blair) Minnes of Tottenham; his grandchildren, Westley, Branden and Arron Toth and step granddaughters, Erin and Laurel. Gordon is also survived by his brothers, Harold Craig and Ronald (Betty) Craig; sisters, Barbara (David) Watkins, Elaine (Brian) Witzel and sister-in-law Trudy Craig. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Lydia Craig; brother, Meredieth and daughter in infancy, Faith. Gordon was dedicated to his work. In his early years he worked as a well driller and as a farmer. He retired from K-W Food Service and enjoyed his time at the trailer in Southampton and Port Elgin. Friends are invited to share their memories of Gordon with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Monday, August, 31, 2009 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Cremation will have taken place and private interment will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
